After we reach an acceptable price, we can close as fast as your local title company can go. In todays market, that’s usually around 2-4 weeks. 

We have received your offer price. Are there any hidden fees? 

The offer price that we agree upon is the actual amount of the cashier’s check that you will receive. (No Hidden Fees) 

Do we have to pay closing costs, attorney fees, or real estate commissions?

We pay all of the associated costs of completing this transaction, including back taxes (within reason), as well as title and escrow fees with a local title company,
